Desperation

I'm currently working on multiple projects, one supposed to be a full-time job, all the rest are not. Most of the time I feel that the time spent on these projects is just wasted. Two reasons: with current time constraints I can't make it beautifull, so there are a lot of dirty hacks I'll be sorry about them later, some of the implemented features are totally useless. Now what do I do about this ? Guess some method of charging extra for useless things might make me feel better ...
